MBTI: Can you type someone based on the vibes they give off?

April 27, 2023 by timlangeman

I feel like each type has their own unique vibe.

There is a hypothesis about this, but not sure if can be proved or not. The hypothesis is that each MBTI types has 2 kind of temperaments, one is for the face, the other one is their core temperament. This temperaments are based on 4 temperaments approach: Choleric, Melancholic, Sanguine, and Phlegmatic. And here is the mapping:

Those with choleric face: ESTP, ESTJ, ENTJ, ENFJ. This means those personalities will have a vibe of dominance in their own way. People tend to gravitate to these personalities.

Those with melancholic face: ISTP, ISTJ, INTJ, INFJ. This means those personalities will have a vibe of seriousness in their own way. The key is their piercing eyes.

Those with sanguine face: ESFP, ESFJ, ENTP, ENFP. This means those personalities will have a vibe of playfulness in their own way.

Those with phlegmatic face: ISFP, ISFJ, INTP, INFP. This means those personalities will have a vibe of peacefulness and relaxing in their own way. They are those with calm look by default.

So, i think that should answers the question. And if you want to understand more about their core temperament in my hypothesis, here it is.

Those with choleric core temperament: ENTJ, INTJ, ENTP, INTP

Those with melancholic core temperament: ISTJ, ESTJ, ISFJ, ESFJ

Those with sanguine core temperament: ESFP, ISFP, ESTP, ISTP

Those with phlegmatic core temperament: INFP, ENFP, INFJ, ENFJ

I will be happy to provide more information if someone asks in the comment section.
