My dad was Detroit police officer for 35 years. I’ll never forget when he told me that some police forget they took a oath to protect and serve, not bother and harass.
The refusal of the Chief to meet up and the refusal to turn over the bodycam and dashcam footage tells us all we need to know, doesn’t it?
This guy is remarkably calm!! Police have COMPLETELY lost their moral authority!! You get respect from the public when u give it!
Imagine how these guys just go around harassing other people everyday who don’t stand up for their rights.
The insanity of all this is that they presumably stopped him for “blocking the alley”, even though he wasn’t, but they COMPLETELY blocked it for at least a half hour.
Ironic that the cops are “blocking the alley” the entire time they’re bothering this guy for not blocking the alley.

These officers must’ve been bored out of their minds to hassle someone about something this petty
Imagine wanting to take a guy to jail on his own property for leaving his bike on his own land and pushing it
Man knows his rights and doesn’t like to be bothered by detectives at his door

- Oh my gosh, the Captain doesn’t even know that you must have R.A.S. in order for someone to be charged with failure to I.D. It now makes perfect sense why Officers at this department don’t even know the basics for a detention. No crime no authority under the color of law.
