abuse:
- authoritarian control freaks (2)
- bear false witness (2) (3) (4) (K9 unit: false alert)
- retaliate for people exercising rights, effort to hold them accountable, harass political opponents, (silence, identification)
- bully
- conceal evidence: mute/stop body camera | fail to release footage (2)
- contempt of cop (2) (AMBA: autocratic morally bankrupt abomination : The police tried to take the field, but the marching band refused to yield? … Do you recall what was the deal the day the taser fired? #
-
So, the home team lost the football game, the away team was winning the battle of the bands, so of course, police have to perpetrate violence…I watched many versions of this event and one thing I noticed that is nice…..the cops are able to demonstrate to a huge group of teens what awful human beings they are and saves them the time of having to do it one person at a time.
-
It’s because they were the away team and they won, and the home team wanted to cut their celebration short. Typically the winning teams band will play afterwards… obviously it’s nothing written in law, but it was very petty of them to cut their celebration short and even more petty and sadistic to sic the local cops on them. #

- copsplain

- 4th amendment violation
- gaslighting:
- your own safety
- If not answering questions, Are you ok? You seem angry. I want to make sure you’re ok.
- The cop was looking to prove him unstable so he could escalate to a psych eval for 24 hours. Disgusting.
- Power trip: That whole encounter was only about one thing: Making the cops victim submissive! Power and Control to stroke his ego.
- you’re making me nervous | you’re acting funny | seem to know the law best when it gives them a loophole for violating rights: write tickets to extend stop to allow time for canine unit to arrive.
- are you mentally ok? Are you suffering from a medical condition?
- you’re upset / have invalid feelings
- make you responsible for their actions: do you have anyone to pickup your car?

- make up evidence:
- make up charges/lie (2) (3) | to justify force (2) / arrest
- make up rules/mansplaining
- make up or “trump up” charges” because they’ve decided they want to cite someone,
- especially when the person proves themselves innocent of an initial allegation (CYA – it’s better for an innocent citizen to pay the consequences for a cop’s mistake)
- or even to buy some time so that the “speedy trial” laws don’t apply to the added charges
- use pretext of “officer safety” to increase authority to order out of vehicle
- ‘look the other way’ when other police are abusive
- make false accusations in a inventive way
- Quick! Any charge will do, not matter how trivial :
- Pre-textual stops and ALL so-called infractions are by definition unreasonable seizures of you and your property #
- photography is obstruction ** (autocratic: earn the distrust)
retaliate against photography – claiming they need ID to get evidence for a court case
- solicit a trespass on an easement to prevent people recording police
- targeting – one person with excessive tickets / us vs them mentality:
- retaliate against criticism (roid rage) (former military) (2) (3)
- Kick down on / scapegoat “low class” public, an easier victim (displacement)
- prison nepotism: in small towns, the whole extended family and neighborhood works at the prison and colludes.
- over-policing in response to incentives to arrest people.
- unlawful detention: (no RAS)
- welfare check (2)
Photography is Obstruction.
