Ted Cruz finally CONFRONTED at restaurant after NRA speech

BREAKING: Ted Cruz was just confronted TO HIS FACE at a restaurant after his NRA speech.

When a “free man” in America can’t voice his opinion to a politician that is supposed to represent him -he and we are living in a tyranny .

We have to elect officials that don’t have security manhandle someone wanting an explanation as to why 19 babies had to be killed and why he attended an NRA rally a day after the shooting and refuses to pass gun laws.
Good to know that the First Amendment doesn’t apply when someone is talking about something Republicans don’t like.
If he doesn’t like being confronted in a restaurant or anywhere, he needs to find a new job. We the people need to confront and question the people that we elect to represent us.
This man was respectful and calm up until he was manhandled for daring to question a PUBLIC SERVANT. I can’t say I could’ve kept my composure as well as he did. Ty to the people whom thought to record this interaction.
So, the man isn’t allowed to even talk to an elected official? Ridiculous. Come on, Texas, vote this coward out.
He just sent his goons after one of his constituents. How disgusting.
I love how well orchestrated this was. He approached with the pretense of being a supporter who wanted a picture then went into his motive in a line of questioning. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful
@Peter Cross  he didn’t raise his voice till the clowns thugs literally grabbed him and forcefully moved him
Here’s the thing about the GOP vs Dems, they won’t listen to their constituents. They argue with them or remove them. They never just quietly listen and show compassion. This behavior is what we do not need in our government.
He should press charges against those guys that assaulted him and pushed him. If Cruz didn’t like what he was saying, he should have left.
I don’t believe I have ever seen a smile disappear as quickly as the one that left Ted’s face when he realized that guy wasn’t a supporter.
That man has a right to speak to Ted Cruz, an elected representative without being dragged away by burly thugs.
I can’t believe (but I can) how quick those men were to assault and PUT THEIR HANDS ON a guy that was no threat – like, zero-percent. Craven, the lot of them.
It’s amazing that he can’t defend himself for more than a minute before he cowers and backs away. If he’s so confident, why does he run away at the first chance he gets?
This is what happens when the wrong people have power…..
Isn’t it assault when the bodyguards physically move the man who was practicing his first amendment right?
I love how Cruz didn’t say “I’m with my family” until after he learned the guy wasn’t going to kiss his ass or praise him.
The fact Cruz is trying to get away from a local constituent and not even try to listen is really so sad…
THE FACT THAT THEY THREW HIM OUT, AND ALL HE DID WAS ASK HIM WELL DESERVED QUESTIONS.
His goons had no right to touch him. It was Cruz who should have walked away with his goons simply maintaining a perimeter around him.
As Brian pointed out in another video… Its more dangerous to be a student in america than it is to be a police officer.

@Pietro Jenkins  citing data from the national gun violence archives in 2020, 611 children were killed or injured in mass shootings. That same year a total of 45 police officers were killed in the line of duty by gunfire. Considering the amount of protection law enforcement officers have I’m not surprised by the disparity.
God forbid a public servant is confronted by the public about their lack of service.
He HAPPILY stopped what he was doing for a photo with the man, he’s only upset when he finds out the man isn’t a die hard fan
More effort was put into getting that guy away from Ted than Ted puts into anything to prevent mass shootings.
Poor Teddy had his lunch interrupted by a man with a question. What a terrible inconvenience he had to suffer. At least it wasn’t from a gunman, and they didn’t have to haul out 21 patrons afterwards, like another lunch a few days ago.
I hate how smug he looked with his bodyguards coming in. He gets off on the power he has and I hope it’s stripped from him.
Since when does someone get to put their hands on a person just talking. So Ted’s good with the second amendment but not the First?
The only time Republicans are lightning fast to fix a problem it’s when something is a mild inconvenience for them personally.
That wouldn’t have happened to Senator Cruz if the restaurant only had one secured locked door.
I love how politicians always have dinner parties with supporters for hours but never have 15 minutes to listen to a constituent that disagrees. Yes, this man bothered his dinner, but when else can voters that want him to represent their perspectives share their thoughts? And in a nutshell that is why America is fucked up and unrecoverable. Group think and echo chambers are all we have left.
I love how when someone uses their First Amendment right, the Republicans wanna run.
Clearly it’s never the time to have a conversation about this.
Take all of the police protection from politicians, reassign them to protect schools. Watch the politicians change laws to protect themselves.
I’m actually surprised Ted Cruz goes out in public.
Why not?! At least his secret service had enough balls to protect him from an unarmed constituent wanting answers; Unlike the Uvalde police who stood around while 19nchildren and two teachers were being gunned down just a short distance away!
1st of all, that guy should have asked Cruz why he was attending an NRA rally and not meeting with parents, family and friends of the murdered children. Next, the owner or at least the manager of that business should have intervened and told those thugs to take their hands off of him and request they and Cruz leave the resturant. Those thugs have no right to escourt anyone out of a public resturant
Why was he thrown out of the restaurant? By what authority did Ted Cruz’s security remove this man from a private premise? They seemed very quick to act as if they had authority to do just that. Is this a standard standing arrangement Ted has with all private premises? Just seems really weird to me.
The Second Amendment States …”A Well Regulated Militia..” No background checks is unregulated. They know this!
Love that the minority security was willing to let him keep talking until that other security came over to protect Cruz
Funny how he has security but regular people don’t get that privilege like the kids in school
Why did Cruz’ goons assault this guy when all he was doing was exercising his first amendment right which clearly says he has “the right to petition the government for redress of grievances”?
Why did Cruz’ goons assault this guy when all he was doing was exercising his first amendment right which clearly says he has “the right to petition the government for redress of grievances”?
He’s a punk trying to hide behind his secret service. What a coward
How many bodyguards does poor Ted need to protect him from his constituents?
I can’t believe Cruz even has the gall to show his face in public after what he has done, much less take his family to a public restaurant.
His job is to hear the concerns of his constituents and address them…. Why is he refusing to listen to this man’s pleas?

Stormy Daniels’s story of intimidation from a Trump associate fits a 20-year pattern

Hansen represented a group of investors in Trump’s casino company, which was going bankrupt (potentially costing the investors $1.25 billion in defaulted debt). Hansen told the local police department that the caller threatened his wife and children:

My name is Carmine. I don’t know why you’re fucking with Mr. Trump but if you keep fucking with Mr. Trump, we know where you live and we’re going to your house for your wife and kids.

According to Leopold, the FBI found Hansen’s account credible enough that they gave him a portable recording device and asked him to record any other calls he got. Meanwhile, they traced the number that had shown up on Hansen’s BlackBerry back to a Manhattan phone booth across the street from the theater that hosted The Late Show With David Letterman— on which Trump taped an appearance a few hours after the call was made.

.. Four men prevented Hatixbe Bajrushi and her son from leaving. Matthew Calamari, the hulking head of security, shoved the boy. Trump’s brother-in-law, James Grau, barked questions, demanding to know why they were there. Michael Nicoll, another guard, pushed them back when they tried to leave. Grau snatched her purse and passed it to Calamari, Nicoll, and Domenic Pezzo to rifle through.[…]

Calamari threatened to harm the family if they spoke to police about what happened, according to the lawsuit. After 90 minutes, the police arrived and the Bajrushis were freed.

None of the security guards named in the lawsuit were charged, although FBI special agents told BuzzFeed News that two of them were questioned as “persons of interest.”

Because neither of these allegations resulted in criminal charges, much less convictions, they’re not proof of anything. But they bear a resemblance to some aspects of Daniels’s story: the threatening phone calls, the willingness to threaten or harm children. At the very least, they’re evidence that she’s not the first person to accuse Trump surrogates of acting like B-movie thugs.

.. Cohen threatened Mak and the Daily Beast:

“I will make sure that you and I meet one day while we’re in the courthouse. And I will take you for every penny you still don’t have. And I will come after your Daily Beast and everybody else that you possibly know,” Cohen said. “So I’m warning you, tread very fucking lightly, because what I’m going to do to you is going to be fucking disgusting. You understand me?”

“You write a story that has Mr. Trump’s name in it, with the word ‘rape,’ and I’m going to mess your life up … for as long as you’re on this frickin’ planet … you’re going to have judgments against you, so much money, you’ll never know how to get out from underneath it,” he added.

Lawsuit threats from Trump lawyers aren’t unusual, but “What I’m going to do to you is going to be fucking disgusting … I’m going to mess your life up” goes beyond a simple lawsuit threat.

.. What’s really interesting is that Cohen hasn’t publicly denied threatening to make Daniels’s life hell in 2018. What he is denying is being involved in sending the thug to intimidate Daniels in 2011 — something Daniels isn’t actually accusing him of.

Erik Prince: Trump’s ‘Instincts Are Good’ on Iran, but ‘He Gets Dragged Back by Some of His Advisers’

Erik Prince joined SiriusXM host Alex Marlow on Friday’s Breitbart News Daily to talk about the Iran nuclear deal, chances that Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps will be designated a terrorist organization

.. Prince said failing to apply such a designation to the IRGC would be “ludicrous.”

“These guys have been killing Americans, specifically, since soon after they were formed in the early 1980s,” he pointed out.

  • “The Marine barracks in Beirut, 243 Americans in 1983; kidnapped, tortured, videotaped it,
  • the CIA station chief in Beirut in the 1980s;
  • blew up the U.S. embassy there,
  • Khobar Towers, and then even
  • the last ten years that the U.S. was in Iraq.”

.. All of the explosive formed penetrators, it’s a very very nasty roadside bomb,” he elaborated on Iraq. “It’s not an improvised explosive. It’s very much a manufactured explosive, designed to cut through even the very expensive armor on an Abrams tank. Literally, the IRGC is responsible for killing and maiming hundreds, if not thousands, of American soldiers in Iraq.”

.. “And we still don’t designate these guys a terrorist organization. Why? Because they’re worried that this terrorist organization might actually reciprocate and carry out a terrorist attack against America. It’s ludicrous,” he said.

.. “As part of this nuclear deal, they were supposed to make all nuclear facilities open to inspection. They’re cheating on that. They are continuing to develop their ballistic missile technology.”

“You also have to realize that Iran and North Korea, when it comes to nuclear weapons development, are totally in sync and in parallel,” he added. “When the North Koreans crank off a nuke underground, the Iranians are there observing it, and they’ve provided considerable funding for it.”

.. as recently as October 1, 12 days ago, an American soldier was killed in Iraq by an explosive formed penetrator. They have been sticking it to us since 1979 and will continue to do so. What’s announced today will not really reject the Iranian nuclear deal. It will dump it back on Congress, which really won’t do anything on it,” he predicted.

.. “What Congress should have done – what Senator Corker should have forced – is that when the Obama administration pushed the Iran nuclear deal, they should have forced a vote in the Senate,” he said. “If we’re going to treat it like a treaty, vote it up or down like a treaty.

.. If the president went with his initial instincts on this stuff, he’d be hitting it out of the park,” said Prince, who had proposed a plan to President Trump for using private security forces instead of more military personnel in Afghanistan. “Some of these very Establishment foreign policy advisers are giving advice indiscernible from what they’d be giving Hillary Clinton. It’s taken him off track.”

.. Prince described Iran as “a society that puts a thousand stitches into a square inch in a Persian rug.

They understand methodical. They are very patient, and very deliberate, and they continue to move the ball in their direction, as this so-called nuclear deal did.

.. “As part of the Obama nuclear deal with Iran, there are supposed to be complete inspections, but secret nuclear sites scattered about the country – it’s a very large country, a lot of remote, rugged terrain – certainly those aren’t being inspected,” he said.

.. “If we make deals with people who are actively trying to kill us, who continue to call the United States the Great Satan, that hasn’t changed. They continue to kill Americans, as recently as October 1. They are not our friends, far from it. If we’re not careful, they will continue to eat our lunch, one bite at a time,” he warned.

.. but will not “sanction the entire IRGC as a terrorist organization.”

“Those are the guys that are driving this nuclear program,” he said. “If you sanction the entire IRGC, you can then go after all of their front companies and money-making apparatus, which trades through the world, through West Africa, money laundering for the drug cartels to front businesses in Europe and elsewhere in the Middle East. You can start to crimp off their financing.”

.. “If you don’t do that, if you don’t call a terrorist a terrorist, you can’t really take action against them,”

.. Prince humorously identified it as the “bureaucratic SITS method: Show Interest, Then Stall.”

.. “They are desperately trying to secure the Shia Crescent that goes from Iran all the way to Lebanon, where they can continue to arm Hezbollah, their surrogate there, with larger and larger rockets to dominate Israel, and Jordan for that matter. They’re continuing to advance in their dominance in Yemen and elsewhere.”

.. “We don’t have a beef with the Iranian people, believe me,” Prince added. “The Iranian people want to be Western. They want to have freedom, and drink beer, and listen to rock and roll. They are effectively led by a government that looks more and more like the SS in Nazi Germany – an Iranian Shia fascist government that is far from elected, that imposes itself on every aspect of the Iranian citizen’s life, to the detriment of what should be a very proud and very prosperous country.”

.. Turning to Afghanistan, Prince said President Trump’s decision to send another 4,000 U.S. troops is “unlikely to move the needle.”

.. “When Secretary Mattis traveled to Afghanistan just a couple of weeks ago for an update, he landed in Kabul, and he has to get on a helicopter to fly one mile across the town to where the U.S. base is. He can’t get in a vehicle to drive, just like any person from the U.S. Embassy operating there has to take a helicopter from the Kabul airport into downtown, because it’s not safe to drive,” he observed.

.. “And within two hours of Secretary Mattis landing, 40 rockets hit Kabul airport, in a five-hour firefight to try to secure the airport again,” he added. “This is not what winning looks like.”

.. “I was there on the ball when the president said in his inaugural speech, ‘We’re going to drive Islamic terrorism off the face of the Earth.’ I don’t think he intended that means the terrorists are driving captured U.S. vehicles across the Afghan terrain,” said Prince.

Donald Trump’s Plan To Maintain A Private Security Force Is Unprecedented And Very Problematic

As we saw on the campaign trail, Trump’s security wasn’t simply tasked with keeping the candidate safe, but also quelling any vocal dissent or criticism that happened to take place in the same room Trump happened to occupy.

.. Trump’s private security team, a mishmash of independent contractors and part-time details led by Keith Schiller (a retired NYPD cop and Navy vet who has been working for Trump since 1999, rising to become his head of security in recent years) has no clear objective to the American people, the presidency, nor the Secret Service.

.. it’s being reported that Trump is planning on keeping elements, if not all, of his security team in place after taking residence in the White House. This will inevitably lead to an awkward, confusing, and dangerous division of duties in daily operations, to say nothing of a real threat to the office. For instance, federal law prohibits anyone other than law enforcement personnel from bringing weapons into federal buildings, including the White House.

.. when the man is president, there aren’t going to be many people in a position to challenge his unorthodox and self-serving requests.

.. it’s certain that Donald Trump isn’t going to act in anyone’s interest but his own unless he’s forced to.
