A parent complained about a drawing one of her classmates drew.
The police handcuffed and arrested her.
The thing I find interesting here, is that everyone (including the school) admitted the other child was bullying. Why weren’t they disciplined for bullying? So they were telling the rest of the student body that it’s OK to bully, but not to try and cope with the situation. That’s messed up.
A child’s art is a clear exercise of First Amendment rights. There’s a high burden of proof to claim that it’s a criminal offense.
Based on the facts as stated in this video, this seems like the easiest lawsuit ever.
