SHARK agreed to take down this video as part of an agreement with the club that we made to try to limit the number of pigeon shoots held there. The club did not live up to the agreement, so we will start to put some of the videos back up. This one is important, as it shows one way to deal with police trying to intimidate on behalf of a special interest.
Cowardly pigeon shooters thought local police could intimidate two ladies. They were so wrong, especially since one of them is a lawyer.
Police supervisor Joseph Blickley repeated mis-states the Pennsylvania wiretap law, and allows a person from the club to be involved in a police action.
When the women turn the tables on Sgt. Blickley, and he finds himself challenged, he folds.

@A This isn’t the typical protest. They are documenting and exposing the actions of the club. Now, people can see what garbage people they are and can be shamed by their community. We both agree that their protests are legal, which is good. The actions of the club are not legal, though. Cruelty to animals should not be accepted.

The worst is the cop cannot just comply and leave his weapon outside the room. That is clear intimidation by the cop. Honestly I would have rescheduled for when he was off duty, taking up his free time and forcing him to disarm. This is why, in my opinion, depositions should not take place. There is no judge there to control things. Lawyers interrupting all the time, and the cop never answers anything.
