Remove Poison Ivy on Bank   (Priority:  1 )

Remove Poison ivy and volunteer trees and remove dead poison ivy plant.

 

Remove Poison Ivy /Oak on Shed

 Remove Volunteer Trees

Remove volunteer tree in bushes by driveway

 

Remove volunteer tree growing in rear bush near clothesline

 

Priority 2: Rotted-out Shed

I know this isn’t a landscaping task, but perhaps you have connections with someone who can help:

Replace Rotted-out parts of Shed

 

South facing side of shed is rotted-out.   Would it makes sense to replace portions of the shed or the whole thing?

 

Priority 3: Rear Bank Shrubs

 

Replace small left-side shrubs with better shrubs to provide more cover on bank  (This is medium priority

 

Mulching

Mulch rear bank

 

Mulch flower bed by house

 

 

Side Parking Spot

 

Clear out overgrown parking spot beside house

 

 

Phase 4: Remove Forsythia bushes & Reseed with Grass

Remove forsythia bushes at rear of property line and reseed with grass.

Reseed  area after playground is moved

Priority 5: Power Wash Siding

If you don’t do power-washing, maybe you have connections with someone that does:

Front siding hasn’t been cleaned for at least 12 years
